Turkse regio zoekt Vlaamse lokale overheid voor Regio partnerschap

Comenius Regio is a bileteral partnership only be conducted by 2 local education authorities from 2 different countries.
Only the eligible institutions are bound to apply this project hence the directorate that I am working is so.
It would be great to have a partner from Belgium as to share the common values more efficiently, do you happen to know a way to get in touch with these gentlemen working at: "Gemeentelijke overheden, Provinciale overheden or Vlaamse Gemeenschapscommissie"?
Neverthless, I do know that the name of these institutions may be different at regions where different languages are spoken, so in short: Local authorities for public and
independent education of Belgium.
