Noorse school zoekt partners
Lillesand lower secondary school is located in the southern part of Norway, Agder region. They are looking for partners in a Comenius project focusing on improving the schools strategies for assessment for learning (13-16 years). The city, and the municipality, is located on the coastline of South-Norway and has approximatly 9500 inhabitants.
Resume:
The school participates in a national assessment/evaluation project in which improving the school’s assessment practice is the main goal. The focus lays within areas such as improving pupils academic skills, personal growth and increase motivation as a result of the assessment methods. The projects objective is to strengthen the partner assessment procedure used in science and math in the participating secondary schools. The project will put a special emphasis on:
• Discussing assessment methodology
• Exchange of experience on different assessment procedures and assessment tools
• Implementation and testing of new methods in the schools assessment plans
